Each home highlights the latest in residential design—including innovative floor plans, modern architecture, energy-efficient solutions, interior design trends, cutting-edge technology, landscaping ideas, and exceptional craftsmanship from our HBA Builder Members.

Whether you're preparing to build, thinking about a remodel, or simply love exploring beautiful homes, the Parade offers a unique opportunity to gather ideas, meet local builders and suppliers, and experience the quality and creativity that define our region’s housing industry.

Parade Etiquette

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees—and to honor the homeowners who generously open their doors—please follow these guidelines:

Kind Reminder:
Many Parade homes, including those marked “SOLD,” are private residences. Please treat each home with care and respect.

Guidelines:

• Please follow all parking instructions and avoid blocking driveways.
• Remove your shoes if requested and use the provided shoe covers before entering.
• Do not walk outside in shoe covers; they are to protect interior floors only. High heels may be restricted in certain homes.
• Bags may be available to carry your shoes as you tour the home.
• Bathroom facilities are not available inside Parade homes.
• Please respect furnishings and décor—they are private property.
• Stay on marked walkways and avoid stepping on landscaping.
• No smoking, eating, or drinking inside any Parade home.
• Children must remain with an adult at all times.
• No pets allowed.
