Instructions

To finalize your membership, we'll need:

Completed Membership Application – Submit your application online or download our printable PDF.
License Verification – Required for applicable licensed professionals.
Certificate of Insurance – Required for membership. You may upload your certificate directly with your application or provide it separately.
Membership Dues – Pay your annual dues in full or establish a monthly or quarterly automatic payment plan.

Once your application is submitted, a staff member will follow up to confirm receipt, review any outstanding requirements, and help you through the next steps.
